Also, you really should have used fresh jalapenos instead of the canned and pickled ones. They lose their authentic jalapeno pepper flavor when they're soaked in vinegar for 5 years. :(
Tip: If you like spaghetti, put one diced up fresh jalapeno into the sauce! It won't make it spicy at all but will give it a fresh little jalapeno kick. :thumbsup
