The most reasonable way HIV was created that I've heard is this:
The polio vacine was given to everyone in the word eraticating the disease. As many know the HIV virus is the worst in Africa. What many people don't know was in every country in the world the vacine was cultered from human tissue except Africa. They used primate tisue. Primates are the only species that suffers from a silular virus. So in the effort to safe money the virus mutated and the vacinated people with HIV.
