What program is used to edit c++
I don't know shit about c++ anyone know what program is used to edit c++ programs something like dream weaver but for c++.

The program is open source but in a installer, can these open the installer and repackage the program after editing it back into the installer?

You can use anything to to hahahahaha programs with just need a compiler which are free (cmd line ones) and easy to use. But if you wanted something that is bloated use a borland or MS product.
