    if you have spyware problems....

    i found this to be VERY helpfull

    a reg key that blocks a bunch of sites from being added to registry

    you can add your own to the list aswell

    try and remove all hahahahahahas first and ATTEMPT to remove all spyware aswell so you can have a fresh go

    i found this when i had a huge problem with trafficmp spyware coudnt get rid of but this worked like a charm
