Dude...that's not even that downpayment. That's paying in full for these properties. They're in rough shape. The last one I picked up spent 3 years as a crack den. I'm getting them from the bank and state for PENNIES on the dollar. The former crackhouse cost me $2500 AND I got a $15k grant from the state to make the improvements.

The neighborhoods these properties are in I won't even go to. I pay my cousin to manage the shit. I just collect the rent from Department of Social Services, because they're placing welfare moms in my properties. :thumbsup

I have $25k to invest. I've made a small stock investment so far, and will be investing the rest in my own business. After looking around out there I've decided that I am the safest bet on the block. :D
