Nope. Do you mean invis div layers? They are smarter than that now. Also, it will increase your page load time if there's a bunch of shit in there. Best to play it safe and by the book.

Anything that is sent in response to a request is available to be extracted, including inline style urls, inline javascript, mime-types, http headers, and e-mail address masks. External style sheet and javascript file contents are also readable.
