Bush Bones connected to Kerry Bones
By Alex Beam, Globe Columnist | April 13, 2004 Skull and Bones is a shadowy, elite secret society that selects 15 new members each year from the senior class at Yale. It is known both for its celebrity membership - past "taps'' include William F. Buckley Jr., President William Howard Taft, and Henry Luce, the founder of Time magazine - and for its bizarre rituals. The rites - said to include a "blood''-drinking initiation and oodles of frank sex talk by the once all-male undergrads (Bones started admitting women in 1992) - are much discussed but little known. This is, after all, a secret society. |

Where do I start? 1.) Bush stopped Saddam?? (two d's) Tell you what, I live in a state now where we can't defend ourselves unlike the other 45 other states where concealed carry is legal in one form or another, so if I had a daughter, its very possible that she could be pulled out of a wedding to be raped and killed. But more to the point, the whole reason to go to Iraq was because there was a connection to Al Qaeda, oops, I mean there was weapons of mass destruction, oops, I mean we needed to get this evil dictator out of power, oops, shit, someone call Dick Cheney and ask for the excuse of the week for me. 2.) america will be defended and safe while he is president. Wow, I feel really fucking safe knowing that with all the troops that were there liberating the Iraqis from Hussein rotating back into the U.S., all the police, fire and other emergency services personel in the military reserves and National Guard are now in Iraq and with that, there are less cops and paramedics keeping an eye out for those scumbags that want to break into my house, shoot the dog, rape & kill my girlfriend, stab me, and torch the place to cover up the crime. Want to guess how many new terrorist cells and organizations we've now created in Iraq since booting Saddam out of power, enough to ensure job security for those fighting the global war on terrorism. Feeling safe? Here's another one for you, again with tens of thousands of emergency personel serving in the armed forces in reserve and National Guard units overseas, What do you think the response is going to be if one of these newly minted terrorist cells attacks a major metropolitan city. The best and the brightest who know how to rescue people from fully enveloped highrise fire are in the big sandbox pulling M.P. duty. How understaffed major cities are is not something you are going to hear about from Mayor Bloomberg or Mayor Daley as they are hoping and praying a major terrorist event doesn't happen as they know their top people from Rescue One or the S.W.A.T. units aren't going to be there to save the day. Still feeling safe? 3.) Hey is honest and tells things how he see's them. For those of you keeping score at home, Tuesday night was only the third White House press confernce held since Bush took office, anything Bush says is carefully crafted by his National Security Advisory, Ms. Condoleezza Rice who makes sure there isn't anything that is going to bite him 72 hours from when he said it. If you want a wartime President to look up to, read up on Franklin Roosevelt. Before you call me a Bush basher, know that I am a Republican leaning Libertarian, I voted for Bush in the first election, I couldn't deal with another four years of democrats fucking up the military and the intelligence community, I'm undecided for the second round, but so far Bush isn't winning any support from me. |
I thought the thread was dead, heheeh nice to see that there is still comment coming up and good one!

Who needs to have a WMD to invade a country, we have invaded countries in the past to deflect attention on other world events. October 23, 1983 Blast levels U.S. Marine headquarters in Lebanon, killing 241 October 25, 1983 Reagan orders Grenada invasion -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Now getting to your line about how many people could stop us from waking up in America, I could have cared less about Saddam Hussein, having Iraq the way it was trained hundreds of U.S. and N.A.T.O. pilots better than months training 29 Palms or Red Flag, I really didn't think losing Vieques Island was a big loss, lots of live fire exercises were done in the no-fly zones over Iraq. I worry more about Kim Jong-il, and that A. Q. Khan, the father of Pakistan's nuclear weapons program, has admitted that he saw three nuclear devices during a trip to North Korea five years ago. Its anyones guess how many they have now. Think that $100 billion Star Wars missle defense network is going to stop the asymmetric threat of the North Korean's floating one of those nuclear bombs into the Port of Los Angeles and detonating it with GPS because we wouldn't ok another food shipment so Kim's people can stop eating Rover and what few remaining blades of grass are left to eat? I don't see Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Rice developing plans to invade Pyongyang, mainly because there is no oil there, but they know they will get their asses handed to them by a country that spends over 33% of the GDP on the military. Damn skippy I feel safe, do you feel safe with Bush? |
It's funny how a lot of people hate Bush, but don't kno why they hate him. Most people who hate Bush, hate Bush because their friend does or someone told them that he knew 450 people would die and didn't care. The fact of the matter is that the reasons unemployment are so high is partly due to Clinton. Also has anyone ever heard of the Toricelli Principle, that was when Clinton and Senator Toricelli (aka The Torch) created an order that made it illegal for the CIA to pay opratives and snitches and stuff like that. So our intelligence dried up real quick, which you can now stop blaming Bush for 9-11 like everyone else. Yes part of that blame falls on Clinton again. But Bush is still bad and people think Kerry is better, lets look at some of Kerry's great accomplishments... Lobbied for something called "The Big Dig" in his state, and then stood by and watched as a 10 billion dollar cost overrun happened. And now tax payers pay for it, yes the same tax payers who are going to be paying more money if Kerry gets into office. The same Kerry who voted to reduce spending on intelligence. Yeah great choice guys...

it's interesting that Mayor Ed Koch, a life long liberal, has announced that he is voting for Bush.
He said: KOCH: And I came to that conclusion about a year or so ago. And it is basically because all of the Democratic contenders seeking to run for president, with the exception of Joe Lieberman (search) who doesn't have a chance in the world of succeeding there, they all have decided that they would play to the left and decry all of our efforts to take on terrorism and Saddam Hussein (search). And I believe that the president when he made that ringing statement which created the Bush Doctrine that he will go after the terrorists and the countries that harbor them, that he issued a statement which is as important as the Monroe Doctrine (search), the Truman Doctrine (search) -- the Monroe Doctrine case, keep all foreign countries out of the -- the Western hemisphere, and, in the case of the Truman Doctrine, to contain communism. And I, by the way, don't agree with President Bush on a single domestic issue. But I think that the internationalist approach that the Democrats are taking won't work and that security should be the overriding concern right now. |
Like you will have plenty of money after Kerry gets into your pockets...
I would rather live FREE and broke than rich and told what to do... |

There isn't a president alive (or will there ever be) nor a dept of ANY kind that can ever secure our country. Luck of the draw might stop some things from happening but thats it.
Living cowered down while a clown runs rampant is supposed to be our best bet? I bet some of you believe in restraining orders that actually protect people too. If someone wants you badly enough, trust that they WILL get to you somehow. :( It's too bad there isn't SOME way to manage security but being a bully only ends up with a bigger bully plowing you under somewhere up the line. |
Paypaler,
You are a fucking idiot. A fucking fucking fucking idiot. Did I mention you were a fucking idiot? -BR |
