ROCHARD OWNED: Ticket by mail during Phoenix Forum (picture)

Right outside of the hotel at Phoenix Forum I got nailed. This was on the corner of Tatum and Lincoln. I was doing 57mph in a 40mph zone. This happened Sunday as I was leaving the hotel.

Bummer.

That's exactly what I thought also. After looking into it, it turns out that the red light cameras also track your speed and they'll nail you for that too.

Do they have warning signs anywhere stating that they use camera radar etc?

Cheers,

Yes! They have warning signs on ever intersection with a camera in Arizona. On all 4 corners.

Wake up Roc!

They had that shit here in Ontario for a while , but everyone was up in arms about it. So the last Conservative gov . cancelled it. It was nothing more than a money grab, under the guise of Safety. The new Liberal Gov wants to bring it back, they are short of money Sorry to hear about the ticket, what hurts more is when you insurance Co discovers it, and jacks up your rate

Look at it this way, it could be worse. You could be living in the UK! There are cameras EVERYWHERE over there. It's estimated that your average commuter is on VIDEO 300 times a day!

Talk about big brother!

You can spray your license plate with a reflective coating that won't allow photos to be taken of it. I believe it's illegal though.

Not bad pics...

I got hit going 80mph in a 50mph zone, but the pics were black and white... I sent a letter to the court asking for larger, higher quality pictures so I could dispute the allegations properly, but they never sent them

I've been told..... that if you don't respond to them they don't really give you a ticket.

I'd ask for high quality pictures - Plus I'd want to know everyone else they photographed five mintues before and after me and their speeds so that I can say I was "going with the flow of traffic".

Actually, Boneprone is right. The "flow of traffic" thing probably won't work, most judges won't accept it as a valid reason, but if they can't prove that the person in the picture is you, and you claim that a few people had access to your car that day, and that any of several people could have borrowed the car.......that will work.

Trust me.. Im the master of traffic violations and court battles..

This one is a simple slam dunk..

Do as I say and you'll save your insurance premium going up..

The price of the ticket is never a probelm.. Its the premium of the insurance or risk of the licence being suspended for chronic offenders like myself..

Do what I say, and all will be well.

Trust me.. The Family knows best here.

Never knew about the spray, but you can pick up a reflective license plate holder, that does the same job aswell.

This happened on Sunday afternoon. Me and a number of my employees were packing up the remains of the of the Lightspeed Party Suite that afternoon. I'm not sure who had the car at 2PM.

If I recall correctly I was alone with Punkie Barbie in my hotel room......
