Book Alleges Secret Iraq War Plan

WASHINGTON - President Bush (news - web sites) secretly ordered a war plan drawn up against Iraq (news - web sites) less than two months after U.S. forces attacked Afghanistan (news - web sites) and was so worried the decision would cause a furor he did not tell everyone on his national security team, says a new book on his Iraq policy. Okay, I'm confused here. Does the US have a plan to invade EVERY COUNTRY including our ALLIES? And isn't this updated yearly, or every other year or so?
