How can you say they are overpriced when I haven't even given a price? Some people's values expand far, some people's don't. Since I don't know what your value system is, I have no way to know how far you expand

I also understand those making offers want to offer as low as possible and we would like to get as much as possible. So any reasonable offers will be considered.

There are some good names in this list, and we have a conceived value in mind, so we will know whether to laugh at any offers or take it serious

Have a good one, and I will be responding to realistic offers. As mentioned, I will be in and out, so please be patient.
