I just used a great one, that is not overwhelmed by columms and boxes.
It os free at: http://www.phpwcms.de great prog and very clean ( used for my paysection) ...

I been using phpnuke for months and been through al the trials and tribualations but think its excellent. Much security updates needed unless you use package 7.2 which is the newest. But im not sure if its released to public yet. I get the new packages from the phpnuke guy himself
