Any nutrition gurus here?
I was just looking to talk to people that know a lot about nutrition on ICQ or that can direct me to websites where I can read up on good nutrition and balancing meals without having to be a fucking gourmet chef.

By the way, I have around 25-30 pounds I'd like to lose, I already have plenty of excersise, I'm just looking to change my diet and maximize my health through my diet.
Any help would be sweet, plus any info to make public I'm sure would help other webmasters. |
