I was actually looking for stats on the current iraq conflict and stumbled across this on an egyptian government ( state information service) website..

I knew that a lot of egyptians felt strongly about this subject but didn't know it extended also on an official government level..

I don't expect they'll draw one unless there's a grass-roots uprising there and a hardliner Iran-style Islamist party took power, which seems unlikely.

That site is mild in terms of the strength of feeling that exists with regard to the Palestinian question in Egypt.<br><br>
