Avid fan of Deadwood here and every episode gets better. I was expecting the Big Event but not so soon in the series. HBO has another big hit with Deadwood.

if anyone knows their history.. they will know that Seth Bullock.. aka Montana will become the 1st sheriff of deadwood . .. so unlikely he'll go on a rampage.. but probably prompt him to bring some law and order to deadwood..

also..

his partner.. sol starr becomes mayor eventually...and was elected 4 times.

also.. look for that preacher man to be biting the bullet in a future episode.. the real preacher was found dead on the road to a neighboring town... nohahahaha knows who killed him but chalked it up to the indians.

I also read that Wild Bill always sat with his back to the wall so he could see who was coming at him.

When he approached the table and saw there was only one seat (back facing the door), he sort of hesitated before he sat.

Still, I was expecting him to get whacked so soon in the series.

This is a fabulous show...and, when Wild Bill sat down..and didn't have his back to the wall, I knew it was going to happen...

Thanks for that , yes folks the series is actually based on Historical events, with the usually added Hollywood myth. But I do love the series dont get me wrong its down and dirty. And Its starting to be my favorite over the Suckranos

This show is the shitz. I thought this last episode was slow until Wild Bill got capped. then i was like. WTF?!

Can't wait until next week!
