Good computer speakers?

I've been using Klipsch Promedia 2.1 for about 2 years and already been through 2 sets due to the shitty build quality.

Can anyone recommend and 2.1 systems that are just as good in terms of sound and a million times better in build quality?

If you don't mind spending a little more cash, just buy some good home audio speakers and a cheap dolby digital receiver.

If you don't like the Klipsch you are not going to find any other "PC" speakers with better build quality.

Not really. The Klipsch's I use now I have cranked not even to 1/4th their max volume and it's already loud enough to cause complaints from neighbors (and there is a solid concrete wall between us).
