I can speak from personal experience when I say Shemp is a patient man. When I was brand new with a brand new site,
he was the only one who answered my questions no matter how
Stupid ( in hinsight) they were. And there were MANY questions ( sorry for that Shemp). He went as far as to look at a gallery of mine and give me feedback. ( which to somepeople may not seem like a big deal, but with the amount of stuff that is submitted it was a pretty big deal to me).
if the guy had a question, he could have e-mailed the man instead of embarassing himself in public.

It sounds like he was confused and was considering paying for more traffic if it was better than his current deal, given his current deal was FREE (lol) I think he was trying to find out if a GOLD account was the shiznit.
