It sounds like he was confused and was considering paying for more traffic if it was better than his current deal, given his current deal was FREE (lol) I think he was trying to find out if a GOLD account was the shiznit.

He asked others if they found good success by upgrading thats it. He wanted unbiased opinions before he blindly handed you $90.
