as u can see someone owns childporn.net, redirects it to teenageporn.net and then promotes a pimproll site.
he was not caught, becuase he redirects childporn.net to teenageporn.net first, before promoting pimproll site.

He should get suspended for such practices.

But why all GFy'ers should know about it, is another question.
