Who should I use as a back-up processor?

My main processor is CCBill, they're great...couldn't be easier to use.

I had ACPay as a back-up, they went under.

I've been trying for a month to get Epoch set up. Their setup basically sucks. E-mail tech support to set up new payment options? Pain in the ass. Try to set up a reseller program? Next to impossible.

As for Ibill, I'm not sure how much faith I have that they will be in business a year or even 6 months from now. I'd hate to build up a bunch of rebills with them and get fucked over.

Any other suggestions?

The problem I have with Epoch is that there's a 1-2 week wait every time I e-mail them with a question. And all my questions are simple things I shouldn't have to ask anyone.

My current question is why don't my mastercode and password work on this page: https://www.epochsystems.com/secure/rs_login.cgi

I need access to that page to set up my resller program. My user/pass works on https://www.epochsystems.com/reports/
