anyone else notice this today? we've seen lots of rebills come up as "failed" for today w/ both iBill and ccBill... not cancelled or anything, just failed... *way* more than usual, anyone else seeing the same thing? is this easter evil rearing its ugly floppy-eared head already..?

Where do you see this in the Ibill CMI? I have felt that rebills in general have been a bit lower recently but I can't find any displayed as failed.

i don't think the CMI displays this data, we track our customers seperately of the CMI and saw that uncancelled customers should be getting rebilled, but were not... i talked to my rep over at ibill and he told me that the transactions were "failed"... not too unusual i guess, but when held up next to the 14 emails today from ccBill informing "Rebill failed notice", i don't know... getting lots of actual failing transactions from two different processors seems odd to me..

no problems with ccbill on any of my sites today....IBILL sucks though, I'd never use them on a paysite and I never promote sites that use them

no, i think that once the customer reaches 'failed' status it has already been retried, and goes inactive..

If it's a soft decline, ie not enough credit on the account, then they should be tried again, if I'm not mistaken. No clue how IBill does theres but CCBill attempts more than once on those deals --
