First of all you have to make your program cognate. Buy a few ad spots at some popular WE resources. For instance take a look at FHG Store project. We have a rather good traffic and very cheap spots (all the details here: http://www.fhgstore.com/advertise.html)

I like the personal approach
hit contacts up on ICQ and/or email and see what it would take for them to promote us. Also, getting them custom ads if they need them and helping them with things like site critiques and of course the most important thig: nice numbers on the checks and getting the checks to affilates on time.

Although, I do have to laugh...sometimes I'll hit someone up on ICQ and say "hey" and they scream "STOP SPAMMING ME!" hahaha
Jesus, how would these guys have survived the old days when we did this crazy thing called cold calling and simply emailing/ICQing someone for a link swap/site critique/what's up message...

Hey mate that reminds me I need to get a hold of you i have tons more new galleries not hosted with chokers, though the galleries I have with choker do very well I do have new movie galleries hosted on my own server etc...
