I am buying a domain from someone and am not sure how to do this so the transfer is ok.

Anyone have any legal forms they have used? KRL?

KRL has 100 pages contracts, I have a 1.5 pages one.

Not sure how valuable / important that domain name is for you though.

I've bought a few domains...no big money ones though. Usually the transfer it to me and then I pay. They're taking the risk but not much since I'm not going to ruin my reputation by not paying for a domain. Heh.

I have a simple one and a heavy duty complex one. I can't hand out the big one since it was ridiculously expensive.
