Some of the earlier Meat Holes episodes were extremely hardcore, but they've toned it down a lot in the past few updates.

Max Hardcore is hardcore. After a certain point of trying to push to be more and more hardcore, you actually just stop being hardcore and end up falling into a different niche altogether, like "rape", "golden showers", etc...
