Seems like like knowledge and traffic are both king. I think theres a reason almost all of us have normal jobs and a few are rich.

Well there is a bunch of stuff, like having good content and keeping the site updated usually helps, model interaction is good. ie - webcam shows, member forums, email.

Then you just have to get traffic, theres the hard part.

Nina is no longer active in the business and was not very sucessful when she was. Also Nina ran her own show...Not a partnership. When she partnered with LS, things did not go so well for either of them.

Lightspeed does not partner with the girls on his single girl sites. There is a reason for this.
