I think I want to die

when I'm 40.

Not right now, are you nuts?

I don't like the idea of getting old, or even retiring. I don't like working out, I hate eating healthy.... I love food that's bad for me.

I think at that point, I'll be done. Doesn't mean I'd want to commit suicide or anything, but I feel that I'd be happy if that was where I could finish it off.

Nah... it's all down hill once you're over the hill. I know too many family members and friends over 50 or so that have nothing good to say about being that age.

I'd rather it was done before that time.

Take a look at what is going on in the world. You should more appreciation for your fucking life and your health. You have it much better than millions of others will ever have it, now and in the future.

A few years ago, during random conversation, I mentioned to my mom that I'd love to have a child. She was shocked, literally.. shocked, that I'd be considering bringing a child into this world in the state that it's in.

It kinda made me think of things, not necessarily of the world, but how she sees it... at her age.

Oh, and webgurl, I decided this a while ago... although yeah, today is kinda kicking my ass.

Ah, but you have a lot more to look forward to. You have plans. If I was you, I'd probably never consider 40 as the age.

Oh, and I'm just about to be 28. I figure 12 more years is about all I can take.

I don't think you should die at 40. Lots have people have great lives after 40. Some lives don't even get started till after 40.

I plan to live a long ass time. I will either live out the rest of my days happily married if I can ever find a woman that isn't a liar, cheater and all around slut. Or I'm gonna go out like Hugh Hefner and be over 70 with 7 hot women at my side. I think in any case the idea is to live a long life and then die during sex so I can cum and go at the same time.

the only people that are really unhappy about being older, are the people that listen to sterotypes about being older. ;)

My advice, since you'd rather not live after 40, when you do turn 40, live everyday after 40 like crazy....Either by good ways or bad, do crazy drugs all the time and enjoy it and relax, or do crazy fun things like rollor coasters, go out, movies, dinners, date...cheat...whatever....Just live....

Aging is not wonderful, but I think you just have to suck it up and soldier on. Being old beats being dead by a considerable margin imo.

MM,

Don't go by some family members and friends who have a poor outlook
on their lives @ 50+
Life has always been and will always be what you make it. The rewards
of aging are many. Think for a minute...if you could be 18 again would you?
For me no fuckin' way. I mean I had a ball @ 18 and the fun and games never
ended but 10 years later I was doing way more interesting stuff than I did
when I was 18 and I was 10 years smarter.

You keep adding 10 years of age and it's 10 more years of wisdom (for those
that learn from mistakes anyway). As a man you also have to ability to look
better when you get older. Men age differently from women and the older
you get the more chiseled you look. Young and old women like the chiseled
look.

When I was 18 I drove a 64' convertible Vette. @ 18 it was the cat's meow
and I'm sure some of the beaver I had was purely initiated because the
car made them wet. I couldn't imagine driving around in that car now, I'd
look like a friggin' fool (in my eyes anyway). The car I drive now gets older
women wet because they know how much it costs and I'm sure some of the
beaver I get now is initiated because the car makes them wet. So some
shit stays the same but the appearances are different.

I would never go back to a previous age if I could. Wisdom is the key and you
get more out of life combining wisdom with adventure.

Kids can add a extra measure of fulfillment that nothing else on Earth can so
there isn't anything wrong with having kids. Be prepared to make them #1
and you #2 otherwise it would be a waste of time. I'd say the only downfall
of having kids is you fear for their happiness and safety unlike you've ever
thought for yourself...and that can make you worry in ways only a parent
can understand.

Cheer up, it only gets better.

what a bunch of dumbass kids!

Let me tell you something, life gets better the older you get. Sure, you have more health problems, but your attitude and outlook on life most generally improves.

If you're afraid of getting older now, it's because the state of your life at this moment isn't the way you want it. Sometimes time improves that. You get smarter and wiser and more able to cope.

I'm not saying I never felt the same way you do, when I was 17 I made a pact with my girlfriend that we'd shoot each other when we turned 40.. lol

I'm 54 now.. and life has never been better, so quit whining and get back to work ;)

A relaxation tip...

...when I'm in Vancouver if I have the time I go here
http://www.kingfisherspa.com
get the grand pacific suite and if it's booked get the denman suite.
It's about 25 mile out of Nanaimo so you have to take the ferry there.
There is a small ferry that has a port about 10 miles out of Nanaimo
and I find that reduces the water travel time greatly as apposed going
the Swartz Bay route. Smaller ferry but those Canadian ferries are all
boring anyway. Just make sure you take some tail with you...it's more
fun.

Book yourself for two night and book the
- hydro tub (an hour minimum)
- fitness massage
- seaweed wrap
- pedicure

They have an excellent steam cave and sauna there two. Food is about
a 5 out of 10 so unless they changed chefs I'd suggest motoring down
the road to the local restaurants instead of eating on site.

Do the hydro tub and the fitness massage on day one and the pedicure
and the seaweed wrap on day two. When I leave there 7 years of misery
and pressure are gone.

So, what are a persons options in this case?

I mean, let's say I do decide that 40 is enough and that's that.

Suicide is looked down upon so much, it's such a bad thing to do... only the severely depressed to it or something.

And you certainly can't have someone kill you for you.

So what does a person do when they're content to just finish life early?

uh huh, you obviously assume that no one has or is dying in my family (within the past 2 months).

Hey Bud!

there is alot to look forward to after forty.
and as for having kids, they are the best things to have.

I had my 3 yr old daughter when I was 41 and never regret it.
I have her with me ( thanks to you Bud! ) and I will now be here for at least the next 15 yrs. "Seniors menu/discount here I come".
I plan to live a very long time, well into my 100's.

Life has been nothing but shit for me since day 2920 (8yrs old)
but I never think about dying, cause every year things get just a little bit better.
you are still young bud! Go out and live life to its fullest and look forward to living it that way until you are in your 90's or more.

As for finishing life early, I don't think that is an option.
early to me would be when I was 150 yrs old.

If your life is boring change it.

And you certainly can't have someone kill you for you.

So what does a person do when they're content to just finish life early?
There are plenty of ways to commit suicide....that don't look like suicide...

But...you're looking forward to a place you've never been......

I won't tell you that aging is the best, physically...it isn't. Gravity always wins as far as the hahahaha is concerned.

Get there first and then decide. It's an inevitability that we all will die. You can choose the 'when' or let the Universe choose for you.

I'm sorry you're not having a good day, MM....but, sometimes, mothers are wrong.

40 is too young.

I think I will just start having real fun at 40.

But if you really wanna go at 40, just walk into the local cop shop with a imitation gun. That'd get you killed

Heh, now that sounds like fun... go out with a bang.

However, with my luck, I'd be one of those guys that takes 15 bullets in the head and lives.
