A lady psychiatrist newly hired by an insane asylum goes from cell to cell trying to get to know the patients.

She goes to the first cell and sees a man sitting in a chair ramrod straight with his hand tucked in between the buttons of his pajama top. She says "who are you, and what are you going to do when you get out of here?" He says: "Madame, I am Napoleon Bonaparte and when I get out of here I am going to reassert my proper place as Emperor of France."

She goes to the second cell and sees a man with long flowing hair and beard. She says, "who are you and what are you going to do when you get out of here?" He says: "I am Jesus Christ, and when I get out of here I am going to spread my word."

She goes to a third cell and sees a man sitting on the floor stark naked with a bowl of shelled peanuts. He keeps reaching into the bowl, grabbing handfulls of nuts, and furiously whacking off with them. She says, "who are you and what are you going to do when you get out of here?" He says: "Lady, I'm fucking nuts and I'm never getting out of here."
