Webasic... if someone can't obey one of the simpler laws of the land like good ol Pad/Creative... like you MUST be 18... I'd surely not trust that they are going to obey ANY other rules, laws, etc.
He said he was ALMOST 18 when he was first banned and he couldn't wait that few months to join?! He didn't produce ANYthing helpful during the months he was here while underage anyhow. lol (and the board page that says 13 or older is over ridden by the adult age rules) Sooo Creatively put his butt in the cyberstreets again. With things going the way they are with the Feds, there had better be some cracking down or there may be trouble. Page views don't pay a centavo when ICANN has the domain in THEIR possession.
