never really needed it but i tried it once a few months back.

I went three times without hardly a break and i honestly could have gone 6 times - assuming i wasn't doing all the work - lol. without it, being as outa shape as I am, I'm usually only good for 2 now ( and it's more an outa breath thing then equipment failure lol) - when i was younger and in shape 4 was no problem.

i did get a mild headache though.

Yep, exactly the same effect on me. The mild headache is due to taking a little bit too much.
