Know anything about running shoutcast server ?

tried running the shoutcast server but it'd crash with a segmentation fault every 10 minutes or so, whether a user was listening or not.

What os are you running it on?

Shoutcast provides precompiled binaries.

I run it on linux and it works fine... do the logs say anything?

I've run it on FreeBSD without any such problems and didnt need to compile. Use one of their binaries.

Only runs fine on a redhat setup for me. The FreeBSD with the linux emulator crashes for me, it fucks up after 5 min or so. The redhat can take 200 connections at the same time with almost no worries...
