Extreme hole can be one or two words. But, even if he is trying to capitalize off of your domain name, you still don't have a case unless you have trademarked the name. That's life on the internet...

BOTH agree that what is being done is wrong. Extremehole is not a word, but a fabrication of and from our company. So, there are BOTH copyright and trademark laws. We are taking to the steps to protect our property. This is the update I have so far, I should have the legal hahahahahahahahas that are being sent to the owner of the domain and to the host sometime this afternoon.

On checking both domains have been pulled from the servers. Just goes to show that you need a lawyer to do things correctly and not to listen to most of the advice you get here. total cost to solve the problem was 125.00 us. Simple.
