If I had a million-dollar idea for a site how would I sell it?

I have an idea I've been sitting on for a couple of years now. It is completely and totally original. I KNOW without a doubt this idea is money in the bank. I have not pursued it myself because it would require getting into the production end of adult. I've toyed with the idea, but really that's not for me ..

How would I sell this idea to someone? I have thought about partnering with someone who is in content production, but I'm really not comfortable with that either. How would I sell a confidential idea? I knew I could win the WiseMan $2000 idea thread awhile back, but I'm not giving up this idea for $2k. Any ideas on brokering ideas?

Either give it up for a couple hundred or stop being a pussy and partner up with the best in their field.

Partner with someone who can do the other component of the idea you can't and do it together.

First off I would have an attorney put together a very comprhensive non-disclosure agreement. next I would look at either a trademerk or patent depending!

Than put together a business plan on the product/idea!

Next step is approach those in the business (like myself) that may be interested!

NDA's are worthless if someone is planning to steal your idea. An NDA won't stop them.

Anything is possible of course! that's why you trademark or patent the idea as well!

A solid business plan is probably the most important thing when trying to get people to invest in your idea.
