Any of you have problems with these guys? I see they are working on projects like hosted galleries or whatever and they dont seem to have support for webmasters who bought their products in the past. I know they got their money so they may not give a shit but its not good business.

The their traffic script cost $650 and I have been trying to get an answer from them since March 20th!

This is the first I have heard of any issues with your script. We also have a support telephone number listed on our site too. We are here to support you with any questions/problems you have with our scripts or programs.

Come on born you know I posted this on your messageboard on March 20th and it still hasnt been resolved. Yet I see you posting as recently as today on YOUR board about some other project. YOUR people installed it and it doesnt work correctly. Thats crazy for you to post - "This is the first I heard of it"
