seriously.

i hold back my tongue on some shit around here.

as a designer, I dont have time to work my projects like some do, so I focus on slower results but more solid.

such as search engine traffic, which I have focused on for 2 years now, along side AVS etc...

Some of you runnign your mouth cant convert traffic that I get with filtered SE traffic.

I have results showing under 1:100 on MULTIPLE sponsors, since I dont have loads and loads of shit traffic, it all being SE, my conversions are great.

Yet somewhow, I always see a few 1:2800 on seriously targetted keywords and phrases.

I hate leaving up links to this shit.

checking my stats and it sucks to see good sponsors suck ass

sometimes I wish i wasnt such a nice guy and just put you fucking mouth running shit talkers in place.

no, this is specifically to sponsors who post and run their mouth on this board that I have pushed for awhile now and have generated Se traffic to.

check the site which I think is going to be doing great considering, the number of good SE placements and results etc...

then its like 1:2800

I hate that shit. So many programs and you can't believe a fucking thing they say or any numbers that they post because you KNOW this board is just a big fucking boiler room for them.

Whenever I find solid sponsors that match their words or even do better I'm downright amazed and so happy that I do everything I can to help them and promote them.

It would be nice if there were a way to get the word out on the fuck-nuts without exposing and therefore saturating all my good sponsors.

I also think this when I read program owners saying how they see 1:250 across the boards, but everyone I talk to see 1:2000 or worse. And if the guy bragging uses MPA2 it makes my eye twitch.

well if thats the case, either way I am beginning to drop links to sponsors and send the traffic to my own shit.

best thing is, I have focused on SE traffic for ahile and now can easily change out pages with the same keywords and send them to my town tour.

I am slowly moving away from sponsors anyway.

i have seen the difference in ratios.

There's a ton of reasons why something converts better than others.

1. What's the keyword phrase your ranking on? Generic keywords are gonna convert differently that say a targeted site title lookup. A search for "Hustler Online" or "Karas Adult Playgroud" will certainly convert differently that a random "sex" lookup.

2. What is your actual title and description showing on the SE? Does it have the word "free"?

3. What kind of page is actually ranking? Full page ad, free site or TGP gallery?

3. Who's the sponsor processing with? Sometimes 1 processor will scrub harder than others.

4. What's the difference in sponsor tours? A reality site with a ton of free clips or a softcore tour? I've personaly found that hardcore reality tours don't do well for me off generic SE traffic.

5. What's the SE position on the page? #1 is gonna get the most traffic and probably the most sales BUT the ratio may not be the best cause it's getting bombed with traffic. #5 is a bit more hidden in the page and will get less more targeted traffic and therefore have a better ratio.

There's a lot of factors on what makes 1 site convert better than another, yet the opposite will be true with a different webmaster.

The #1 thing I've found running exit traffic is that you really need to tweak things over and over to get them converting great. Sometimes you just need to choose a different site from the programs lineup. Some sites convert differently for different people. I've taken a teen site and seen 1/800 and then tried out a different one from the same sponsor and got 1/200.

Guess all I'm saying is that a bad ratio doesn't nessarily mean shaving is going on.

since I am running my traffic through an AVS, THEN to a gallery inside, THEN to an FPA.

the clicks are HIGHLY targetted.

i notice the site rebills, but its difficult to "get them in the first time"

and no, its not "free teen pics" type of traffic.

some of this traffic is even niched by the girls name.
