I had such a great time and was able to see some old friends, as well as meet some new ones.

Well, I had the wind at my back, so it only took a little under 6 hours, rather than the 7 it took to get to Phoenix.

I beat the rain in AZ, but had it pretty much from Blythe to Pomona (150 miles?), but it wasn't too bad. The bike ran great, that was the important thing

Actually, the number of influential and money makers there really blew me away. There were a few people there that had never been to a show, but even they weren't "n00bs", they knew what was going on.

There was very very few people there that couldn't hold a good conversation and understand some of the history and complexities of the industry.

All in all, I felt this was a much better show than the Vegas ones are, or even the others.

As for the "less webmasters" comment, I believe there were at least twice as many in Phoenix this year than any other.
