Is there a script that does this?

Also, I am wondering how a script takes jpg pictures from videos. Does it use perl, PHP, or what?

I have done that in Cleaner 5 before, but that was back in like 2001. Don't know what program does it now.
But you might not even need a custom script.
I think I had just set up a "batch process" in Cleaner.

Actually I did that for a content management script recently. I have working code to do that. If anyone needs a custom CMS, hit me up.
