Agian I screwed up, here is what I wanted to say.

We had a very distraught client on ICQ. He says Fed Ex will not deleiver to him because the name on the delivery address is not his real name, it's his nickname.

It seems he used his nickname to register on the site, even though it specifically says not to, and we delivered to him under that name.

So now we have to fork out another $50 delivery charge, or do you think he should pay?
