I find it very funny that the only two times I have ever had a bad rebilling issue as a customer has been with maintream sites AOL and Sony Online. I discovered this morning that SOE had billed 6 months of unwanted and unused membership to Star Wars Galaxies for an account I requested cancelled. I have never had an issue with a porn site membership in my life.
Now I have to wait till Monday because Sony doesn't have live weekend support.
