    Mardi Gras 2004 content question

    paypal'd that guy on here that was pre-selling that set on here for 2004 ....

    also bought his stuff in 2003

    but never got an email with download info for the 2004 stuff....

    anybody have his contact info...?

              well, you would have to have his email addy to pay him. I was thinking you could get more info from paypal... like his telephone number? I really only use my paypal to get paid, so I don;t know how it works in reverse.

                                      well i prepaid Kirby 50 bucks for a few shots myself, thru paypal. he promo'd the deal on GFY---someone can find the thread i'm sure.

                                      recently i sent him an email asking for my stuff.

                                      no response. but the prior year he did come through, and his stuff was ok, so i ordered again.

                                      50 bucks is no big deal, but geez, if something happened and you couldn't get the shots why not refund your clients.

                                                          you know, if this is fraud paypal is interested, also the DA in the the webmaster's county in New York state.

                                                          basically, i'd just like to get what i paid for, or a refund.

                                                          recently i've seen reports that ebay has been working with local authorities to arrest people who perpetrate online fraud---there have been a few arrests.

                                                          you can't offer a product, collect money for it and then disappear, i have my paypal receipt which tracks to this person.

                                                          how many others i'd like to know.

                                                                                      I also prepaid Kirby via Paypal for content and emailed him at any email address I could find in paypal ( he has changed it multiple times) Since he never replied to any emails and his website is not resolving. I just sent a complaint to Paypal, but that only puts a complaint on Kirby's record since Paypal will only investigate complaints filed within 30 days of payment. If anyone has any luck contacting him or actually got their content please hit me up.

                                                                                          aka 4sale on the board.

                                                                                          I sent him a final email notice to resolve this in 7 days last night. I suggest all others that paid him do the same soon. When I called his phone he replied readily to the name Kirby but, when I brought up the issue of content he tried to act like I had the wrong guy.

                                                                                          So have at him yourself.
