I submitted the site to about 80 link lists when I firstr started, and about 30 or so listed me.

Those 30 sites that listed me still retain a link on my now PR5 links page. But a lot of them are personal friends that I made while building up another site of mine, marissas.com

when you trade links with other sites, you trade only in your link pages and SE caught your other pages, or for each site you trade link in a diferent page?
