Apache, but viewing stats is about as far as I go, Ill forward this to the folks at APS who host my server.

It's the result of running the wrong command against a directory from the shell . . . most likely the apache directory. Were you attempting to access your logs??

The IP in the error is foreign. I have server admin on it, they say its fixed now. Thx though.
