on Iraqi soil. The Bush administration told Iraq to cease and desist aiding
al-qaeda and Saddam told us to go-to-ala. So we shut him down and took
over the oil...big deal.

If you oppress your people and act like a dictator and you step outside the
realm of your own borders or enact policies that we tell you to cease and
