"The trial of two former Tyco International executives accused of skimming US$600 million from the company was declared a mistrial on Friday on the grounds that one of the jurors has been compromised. Media reports say the woman identified as Juror No. 4 has received a threatening or coercive letter within the past 24 hours. Juror No. 4 attracted the media's attention last week when she made an "OK" gesture toward the defence in court."
