Best thing to do is get a personal account rep assigned to you. They contacted me and gave me my own guy to handle any problems or anything I need help with.

I guess you have to send them a lot of business to get this, but you might want to look into it.

I moved all my shit after they extorted 50 bucks out of me to unfreeze my domain. They changed the dns on me before i found out.

don't be such crybabies, I never had a problem with them, but I'd love to. Automatic sueing and profits way higher than 6.95 or 35 for one. Problem is most of you are too used to accept things as they come without a word. Stand for your rights and get money in the process, that's the american way
