You are comparing chalk and cheese. Autorank is top list software which only influences return traffic to the extent that the links of people sending traffic get better exposure. UCJ is a trading script which can determine who gets which outgoing clicks. It doesn't even need visible links to the traffic senders in order to return them traffic.
