One of the most exciting points in my business career was early on in the phone sex days when we first produced recorded phone sex fantasies.
At the time I thought to myself, wonder how many of these we need to record every year to keep people calling. I soon realized you could play the same recordings over and over and the people still kept calling and calling. And I'm still using many of the same recordings we made 20 years ago. Just like Gilligan's Island. We've all seen every episode but we still will sit down and watch. This is why there is so much money in content syndication. Our kids 30 years from now will be watching Seinfeld reruns too.
