when you have a huge waiting list im sure you dont worry about losing clients

If that's your attitude, and if they lose clients because of it, the liklihood is that they wouldn't have wanted you as clients anyways. It's not like you're saving up for a slurpee at the candy store. It's business. Especially in this type of business, personal contact is essential.

Then again, not that you'd have a clue about that, right? :P
