Canada Rules on File Sharing: Uploading is LEGAL (No april fools joke)
So, for us Canadians it is not Illegal to upload files via the kazaa network.
ISPS Are NOT required to share information regarding their customers who may be uploadling/downloading from the P2P Networks. Canada, Home of the brave and land of the free! |
