in Memphis where I used to live the way it works is the girls have to do a payout to the club ($60/shift at night and $40 in the day)... the manager gets like $10-15/girl (day/night) and the bartender and MC/DJ get $5-10/girl each... when there are 50 girls working a shift this works out to be pretty ok.. plus their base salary..Originally posted by KRL
