Is it fair to redirect surfers by IP and not to pay webmasters?

If you are getting pay for what the dialer makes, then I guess it is not wrong.

But if you are not... that's another story.

If they advise you of this in their terms and conditions, it's perfectly fair.

If you send foreign traffic after being warned, that's your perogative.

why not redirect the traffic yourself BEFORE sending it to a sponsor? Basically, most foriegn credit cards won't be accepted anyways, so instead of sending it to the sponsor, why not send it to a dialer yourself?

Have you read the Terms and conditions of the program you're using, it should be written there, if not well this is wrong and you should use another sponsor or send only the traffic they pay on

its ok if they say it before hand on the join page
but its nice if u get % of profits
but u can redirect only allowed traffic to the sponsor and send the rest urself to dialers

I have the system ready to filter traffic but it will be ready for active use a bit later...anyways I do not like such terms and such a policy...

TGP wont mind if you are putting that redirection script when the surfer click the banner, if its US it goes to sponsor or else you send it somewhere else
