Designer who can do portals?
I am looking for a portal design done, just a template with the layout, graphics, css etc.
I do all the programming and plug it in to my code, I just need the layout with sample data in the html, thats all I need. I have talked to 3 designers so far this morning and unless it is only graphics it seems no one wants to touch this design, not sure why it doesnt seem that difficult, there is no programming involved just the html & graphics. I wouldnt think it would be difficult when I have examples of what I am looking for and ideas of how I want the site to look. This is a redesign of an existing site that I want to have a better design of, more features in etc, so part of the site is already there and I have ideas about what I want for the new areas, so I wouldnt think it would be that hard to put together.
